From the initial referral encounter with one of our Intake Specialists, to the comprehensive assessment by a Clinical Liaison; consumers and family members are treated with the respect and understanding only a trained professional can provide. The admissions process involves the efforts of a multidisciplinary team of professionals trained to meet the needs of each consumer individually.  Upon arrival, the consumer completes the intake process with his or her assigned Behavioral Health Professional, undergoes a medical assessment by a Nurse Practitioner and is scheduled for a TB test. Following intake, Consumers are assigned to their quarters, introduced to the other Consumers, and the Treatment Team including Counselors, Therapists, Behavioral Health Associates, Recovery Specialists, and other House staff.

Information gathered throughout the entire process determine the plan of treatment which is designed to meet individual needs of the Consumer.  It is our hope that you will recognize Ebony House, Inc. as a caring and safe facility offering the most innovative and effective treatment delivered by professionals expert in their respective fields.  If we can be of assistance to you as you explore the need for recovery for yourself or your loved one, please call (602) 276-4288 and one of our professionals will answer any and all of your questions confidentially.
